You can easily change your payment information, such as stop automatic billing, cancel subscriptions and change payment information for future renewals, simply logging in to your My Commerce account. To do so, visit this URL https://account.mycommerce.com/ and enter your User ID and Password into the relevant boxes; after this, Click the Login tab.
It will lead you to the following page:
- Now click on the Order Overview option to change the payment information. It provides you with different tabs at the bottom of the account overview.
- Click them and follow the prompts. You can easily configure these settings.
As soon as you click the underlying tab, you will get an email notification on your My Commerce Account informing you about the new configurations. For example, if you click the Stop Automatic Billing option, you will get notifications. Click “Yes” on the following prompt and it will configure the new settings.
Along with this, you will get an email confirmation informing you about the new settings.
If you want to Re-activate automatic renewal, you can do so by again logging into your account, checking your order overview and clicking on the renew options.
